At your whitening appointment, we’ll show you how it works by doing one of the treatments while you are here. Each treatment involves filling upper and lower mouth trays with a whitening gel that are inserted into your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes.  You then take the kit home and complete the treatments on your own time – usually a 5-to-10 day process. Opalescence contains ingredients that minimize any teeth sensitivity associated with the whitening process.
