Meet the Team

Kelly Vogelsong
Kelly VogelsongFront Desk Coordinator
You’ll see Kelly at the front desk when you first enter our office. She handles accounts payable, receivables, patient scheduling and oversees many of the office’s other administrative tasks.

It’s a job she enjoys, as you’ll see when you meet her.

“I love being the first smiling face patients see when they come in to our office,” she says.

A native of Hicksville, Ohio, Kelly graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science degree. She attended the Toledo Dental Academy where she became certified as a dental assistant.

Kelly worked as a new patient coordinator for a dental practice in Maumee before joining Dr. Michael O’Neill’s practice as front desk coordinator. She joined our staff in fall 2018.

Kelly lives in Sylvania with her husband, Mike, and children Breeleigh and Grayson. Her favorite pastime is being with her family but when she has time she loves to read.

She worked five years as a dental assistant and front desk coordinator for a Whitehouse, Ohio practice before joining Dr. O’Neill’s staff in early 2019.

“I am so thankful to be working in an office with such amazing staff and patients,” she says.

Noelle is a native of Canal Fulton, Ohio. She is a graduate of the Dental Auxiliary Training Academy, where she earned her dental assistant certification.

Amanda Sprow
Amanda SprowDental Assistant/EFDA
As a dental assistant, Amanda works closely with Dr. O’Neill during all her dental procedures, from filling cavities to installing caps and crowns.

Ironically, when she was young, Amanda was afraid of going to the dentist. Those early memories make her more understanding of the anxiety some of her patients sometimes feel.
“I know what they are going through, so I’m always making sure they are OK throughout the procedure,” she says.

Amanda loves everything about her profession, and she especially enjoys working with Dr. O’Neill.

“She’s an amazing person, both in and out of work.”

Amanda grew up in Hamler, Ohio.  She graduated from Patrick Henry High School and, in 2007, from the Toledo Dental Academy as a dental assistant. She has an associate of science degree from Owens Community College, where she completed training as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, allowing her to place dental restorations.

She is married to Josh. They have a daughter, Joslyn.  Amanda enjoys country music concerts, hanging with her girlfriends and shopping.
